Shipping Information

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  FedEx services now record a GPS location at the final delivery scan.  If you receive notification that your package was delivered but are not able to locate it, please call FedEx immediately at 1-800-GOFEDEX and request a trace.  If their final delivery scan confirms the package was delivered to an incorrect address, contact us via email with that information and we will open a claim with FedEx, and reship the package to you.  If FedEx finds that the package was delivered to the correct address, then the package went missing after it was delivered.  In that case, FedEx will not open a claim for the package or refund us for any of the costs, which means we are not able to reship the order.  We are NOT able to assume responsibility for packages that go missing after the delivery is made.  With package theft now a large problem in all areas, we hope that our customers can understand why this policy is necessary.

Orders for blank totes placed by 2 pm EST on regular business days will generally be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 2 pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped on the following business day.

Economy shipping is available for orders shipping to the Continental US.  For orders under $6, economy shipping is $3.99.  For orders $6 - $199, economy shipping is $9.99.  For orders over $200 economy shipping is FREE. 

Other available shipping options will be presented during checkout, with their cost and transit time in business days.  Shipping costs are calculated directly by FedEx, and the costs presented reflect our significant discounts through FedEx.  We only charge you what it will cost us to ship your order via the shipping method you have selected.

CHEAPTOTES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO THE CARRIER, EVEN ON PRIORITY SHIPMENTS.  Any issues with delivery dates will need to be taken up with the carrier.

Custom printed orders require production time.  Information about production time can be found on the product page, and is restated on the order confirmation.  Shipping and production time are separate from each other.
