Shipping Information
Orders for blank totes placed by 12 pm EST on regular business days will generally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped on the following business day.
Occasionally, especially if your order contains a free sample, shipping may be delayed by up to two business days. If customer service needs to reach out with a question about your order, we can't ship the order until we've received your response.
Economy shipping is available for orders shipping to the Continental US.
- For orders under $6, economy shipping is $4.99.
- For orders $6 - $99, economy shipping is $10.99.
- For orders $100 - $199, economy shipping is $15.99.
- For orders $200 - $248, economy shipping is $20.99
- For orders over $249, economy shipping is FREE.
Other available shipping options will be presented during checkout, with their cost and transit time in business days. Shipping costs are calculated directly by FedEx, and the costs presented reflect our significant discounts through FedEx. We only charge you what it will cost us to ship your order via the shipping method you have selected.

**CHEAPTOTES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO THE CARRIER, EVEN ON PRIORITY SHIPMENTS. Any issues with delivery dates will need to be taken up with the carrier.
**If your tracking states delivery is complete but you are unable to locate the package or believe that it may have been delivered in error, you need to contact the Carrier right away to have a trace performed on the package. This is best done within 24 hours of the delivery time. If the carrier performs the trace and concludes there was an error in delivery and the package can't be located, contact us at customer service with the trace information. We will file a claim with the carrier and reship the order. If the carrier performs the trace and concludes the package was delivered to the correct address, that means the package went missing after it left the care of the carrier and we are therefore not able to assume responsibility for it.**
Custom printed orders require production time. Information about production time can be found on the product page, and is restated on the order confirmation. Shipping and production time are separate from each other.
