Return Policy

We here at Cheaptotes always hope that our customers will be delighted with their purchase.  Unfortunately, we know that is not always the case so we do have a return policy in place for customers who are not satisfied with their order.

First, here are a few pieces of useful information:

  • This return policy is only for items that are in brand new condition, and only applies to orders placed in the last 30 days.
  • Clearance items, as stated in the collection, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Custom printed items are not eligible for return. 
  • If you have received defective or incorrect items and would like replacements, please contact Customer Service by phone or email as those situations do not fall under this return policy.
  • Each credit card transaction processed through our website incurs a processing fee equal to a percentage of the total amount of the transaction.  This includes every purchase and every refund, so the processing fee is nearly double for a returned order.  To recover those funds, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders.  This fee will not be waived. 
  • We do not provide return shipping.  We also do not refund any shipping you paid when you placed the order.  Those funds were used to ship the order to you, and are therefore not available for refund.
  •  We do not accept exchanges.  If you have ordered items that do not serve your intended purpose, you are more than welcome to return them in accordance with our return policy and place a different order for more suitable items.

*Items shipped to any other address will not be received by us, and therefore can not be refunded*

Please be sure to include your order number in or on the package.  We can not process a refund without knowing the order number.  If you do not know your order number, please contact Customer Service before returning the order. 

Your refund will be processed once the items arrive here.  The funds will be returned to the credit card used to place the order.  We are not able to process a refund to any other account.  Your refund will consist of the product total for the returned items minus the 25% restocking fee.
