We have two different print methods available.

Our screen printing factory allows for up to 6 color combinations to be printed with speed and precision.  Cheap Totes is able to accommodate print jobs on canvas of 250,000 pieces or more with ease.

For photo reproductions or artwork with many different color shades, we have available digital printing on canvas with the Brother GTX digital printer. Our digital printer replicates photos and images with exceptional clarity for an outstanding photo reproduction. 

Working with You from Purchase to Print

Upon receipt of an order for custom logo printing, we will email a virtual proof within 2 business days.  This is the customer's opportunity to make any changes to art size, color, position, etc before the order goes to production.  Once we have approval of the proof, the order is sent to production, and customer service will confirm a ship date via email.

Standard production time is 10 business days.  Orders are printed in the order in which the proofs were approved, and shipped out once they are complete.  

Artwork Requirements

Artwork Requirements: We need images/designs in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .psd files) or a high-resolution JPG, PDF or PNG. 72ppi, (pixels per inch) is generally not acceptable. Artwork with a resolution of 300ppi or higher will allow for a quality print. 

Keep in mind that printing occurs in CMYK color mode.

Matching Your Color Shades with Screen Printing

We all have in mind our own concepts of what is "red" or "yellow". The print color variations for a single color may make a dramatic difference when you have your custom logo printed.

For our customers, Cheap Totes has available Pantone Matching System color coding.  With Pantone's color code we can match your color shade perfectly.

How can we do that?  Cheap Totes is a customer of Pantone.  As such, we use Pantone ink,  the Pantone Matching System and can make the Pantone Matching System available to our clients who purchase custom logo printing from us!

Using the Pantone Matching System allows us to re-fill your orders with the exact shade!!! Your custom logo printing colors will match year after year using this system.  We recommend using the Pantone Matching Color System for a perfect logo print - again and again!

The cost to have us match up to 6 colors shades in your logo using this system is $35. Keep in mind that Pantone Matching System color codes for our digital printing process must end with the letter "c".
